A little help!

Im having problems with mounting the motor on the mounts. I have the arms off a 94 325i manual car and the mounts used for the swap. Are they on wronge or the wronge ones to beging with??

Drivers side had a rod that conected to the IM on the side its on.. Are you sure the drivers is on wronge also?

That engine looks at little to vertical. Passenger is upside down.

Ok I got the drivers side somewhat in. I need to buy shorter bolts for the mounts. The passenger side is the one I cant figure out. Its at a very diff angle than the mount. It could be because of the drivers mount not being flush with the block I guess. Out to ace to get bolts.
