o2 sensor placement

I currently have my o2 sensor plugged into one of the ports on my obd2 exhaust manifolds. Is this placement too early in the system to let it function correctly. My whole midpipe is a temporary rig at this point and I will eventually redo it with the sensor further down.

Is this ok for now?
