Just dropped a s50 into my 88 325is and i am having clearance issues. I am running obd 1 manifolds and downpipe and the manifolds sits almost on top of the subframe (no room to bolt downpipe on). Do the obd 2 manifolds have more clearance? What should I do? Thanks!!

if you are using stock manifolds you need the E34 525i ones from 92 or later.
better option is to just get some ebay headers. I was quoted 300$ for headers and downpipes(they refused to chop the cat off) by my local wreaker for E34 ones...
