If I were in your shoes I would have a very hard time parting with that car. I'm not really a vert fan either but the car looks damn good and drives amazingly (I know this!). Still, I'm shocked the bids were so low, salvage title or not.Comment

The car is much more pleasant to live with since TNG sorted out the most of the PO's workmanship issues. I know full well that money spent on mods and maintenance don't add much to a car's value, but it's easier to accept when said car belongs to somebody else!Comment

Tim, just be sure you're making the right choice.
I sold my 2.7i M20 turbo E30 in late 2006 and I still regret it to this day.Comment

Indeed. Yank the soft top for now, install the hard top and every once in awhile when it's really sunny and you're "in the mood," take it off. S52 5 lugged cars with extensive work that drive perfectly straight with AC (etc etc) are pretty hard to come by and expensive to build.
Winter and late at night are the best for top down cruising ;) Vegas remember!
This place is like catholic school, 2/3 of the students smoke weed on a daily basis, but the faculty seems to convince the outside world that drugs are just in the other schools, the resident pot dealer thinks he's cool because he has the originality to call anyone he doesn't like a homosexual, and most of the little children follow him like sheep, then there's the few with brains, you hardly ever hear from them, perhaps don't even know they exist, but they get all the sh!t done.Comment
