zf with m20 clutch setup?

With a 95 M3 S50 and Trans. Using a single mass M20 flywheel and clutch setup. Do you use the 260 slave or the m3 slave?

From what I have been reading, you use the slave for the trans you have.
If you have a 240, you use a 240 slave.
If you have a 250, you use a 250 slave.
If you have a 260, you use a 260 slave.

You get the idea.
