    OK, so clearly, you'll need a custom solution.

    The Magnaflow cats will clear in a staggered setup.

    The Magnaflow center section you specified will not really fit very easily. The pipework would have to have multiple bends just to tuck into the center tunnel of the car. The can itself will probably drag on the ground.

    I would look into getting a custom center muffler made. If you have a fabrication guy, have him pick up some supplies from Cone Engineering. This will allow you to make a narrow muffler with dual 2.5" in/out for a reasonable price.
