Black or Silver valve cover?

Hey guys,

I started working on the motor since we are having a few warm (compared to typical winter weather) days here and i refcently picked up a valve cover from an m52. The pic below is my engine. I can't decide what i like better. I can't remember seeing a clean silver valve cover that hasn't been repainted in an e30.

Tell me what you think! If you have a pic of an e30 m50 with a silver valve cover please post it!

its personal preference, i painted mine "cast iron clear" looks pretty good with my SS headers next to it and the zinnoberrot engine bay
