First off i would like to say thank you for all of the people who regularly post information onto this site.
Around 320K the m20 blew up and i was left with the option of a 24v swap or a rebuilt. Since the eta only has 120 hp, why not put some more ponies behind the wheel.
Going into the swap I knew very little as to what the whole swap will entail, but i spent many waking hours on this site lining up all the details from which brake booster would be best, which transmission I wanted use... all that stuff. I even found an a 92 525 m50 for sale on the classifieds that i ended up getting.
As it turns out, all information i needed i could do a search and found it on this very site, meaning every time a "noob" ask a question about what is involved? Or what kind of motor you need? or Can this swap be done? All these questions can all be answered by taking 15 minutes and doing a forum search. If one is not able to put the time into the research of a project, most likely your not going to put the time required to get the swap done. just my 2 cents
So my point, Thanks for all the information, and all the people who keep it up and running. With out it i wouldn't have gotten the swap finished. That is for sure.
