m50nv m3 cam swap

Ive heard from a bunch of different sources that this is possible, and from other places that it isnt possible. Is it possible, and from what motor? Ive done my searching but just want some straight answers.

I made a thread on it. M50nv can use the s50 exhaust cam on the intake using the s50 cam, trays and lifters. You move your intake cam on the m50 to the exhaust side. You're on your own for timing them.
