Doesn't seem to bad. Does it come with wiring harness and DME 413 red label? Check the casting number on the head. If it's a last 3 digits of "400" the it is for sure. And hope the head's not cracked.
keep in mind theres a good chance youre just buying it for a block and hopefully OK head + parts. i would keep looking for atleast a running one unless youre rebuilding it anyway. id stay away from possible overheated ones, head may be garbage.
its the engine, ecu and harness, complete with all accessories for 375. if is a dme 413 is there anything else i need other than an oil pan?, my tranny is good and so is the clutch, i plan to upgrade before i install.
i got my 93 m50 with 44k(yes 44,000) on it, p/s,a/c,alt, complete intake to exhaust, harness, red lable 413(chipped) motor mount arms, belts, and pulled waiting for my truck for $490.00

You'll need a brake booster. By ya that sounds like what you'll need. I would pull the head and make sure it's not cracked.
