Anyone running this? Does the motor have to come out of the car to install?

SS headers vs stock headers
The SS headers for the euro motors are slightly larger diameter primaries to enhance airflow.
SS guarantees more HP with their headers and midpipes. This is fine in theory, but for both the 3.0 and 3.2 versions of this engine it ABSOLUTELY comes at the expense of mid and low range torque.
Don't do it UNLESS you're building a motor that will need to flow SIGNIFICANTLY more air than stock 3.2 engine would.
IE if you're building something that will rev to say 8000 plus, with high compression pistons and wide duration cams, you're not likely to benefit from these headers....
The stock headers are wonderful for preserving torque, they are equal-length and are in that fashion better than the SS ones.
On the 3.0 version which is down in HP and torque to begin with vs the 3.2, it will be a more painful loss....
The ONLY real bad flaw in the euro headers is on cylinders 6, and to less degree 4 and 5 where they cut quickly away from optimal flow to accomodate RHD cars.... A skilled craftsman could probably revise the headers to fix this, and then they would really be incredible...
My 02 worth...
Addendum: With respect to installation. While anything is possible, access to the nuts for the job at hand is very challenging on the stock headers. If you manage to get them off while the engine is in the car (a challenge at best, a nightmare at worst) then fear not, putting on the SS is much much easier... due to the lack of attention to making the headers equal-length....
