    $400 each shock will be Koni Double Adjustable? What other option is available from GC? AD shocks will be much more expensive. And the only thing better than Koni DA will be the AST 5300 if anything. Cause the 4200 and 5200 may be nicer on the outside that the konis but don't stand a chance.

      I'm pretty sure GC will sell parts if you need them. You can't go wrong if you get GC/Bil. for $900 shipped. Are you sure? I'd say more like $1200 without perch/pw labor.

        I don't think you'd want to run ADs on a street-driven car anyway.

        I'm a big fan of Konis, I'd really like to see dynos of Konis and ASTs available for E30s.

        And a side note, not really sure why this is in the 24V section. I suppose some 24V guys might prefer some slightly stiffer front rates, but suspension is suspension.

          ADs are about 400 a corner, but they are a fully race shock so there is no warrany beyond 30 days. Like Wh33lhop said, not something you would use a on street-driven car.

            I'm running 600 in the front and 700 in the rear. Ride is pretty stiff but worth it in the corners;)

              There's a for sale thread on bimmerforums, guy from Zygmunt motorsports sells bilsteins. He just quoted some guy $260 shipped for some bilstein sports for a 91 318is

                  Advance-Design shocks are noisy as hell (I own a set), require you to carry a rebuild kit with you at all times, and are not, IMHO, as good as ASTs (which I also own). The ADs were a great shock six years ago, but the world has moved. ...and they haven't.
