Eliminating Power Steering

Quick question, if I pull off the pump looks like all I need to do is run a shorter belt. Has anybody done this on an M50? Is there a part number you can give me?

yes, just take an old belt and cut it, run it around the pulleys so that everything is set right, put tension on the tensioner, pull the belt tight, then staple it together, pull it off and take it to the parts shop and get one that matches the length and has the right number of ridges (5 iirc).
