Exhaust smell in cabin when window/sunroof are open??

So when I am moving with all the windows and sunroof closed everything is fine. If I open the sunroof I have exhaust coming into the cabin like crazy, the only other time its not there is when the windows and roof are all open. So I am figuring when I open a window its pulling exhaust into the trunk then into the cabin. My exhaust is short-ends at the valance. I have tightened the trunk latch way up in case it was pulling through there-still the same. I am considering getting the exhaust tips lengthened past the bumper. Any other ideas?? THANKS
