Show better pics, more zoomed out. The first one may be the solenoid which is for the charcoal canister. Is the second one on the drivers side near the p/s pump?

I would try and remove them if you can, if not. Cap off each end and wrap them up.

yup, the second is probably trans wiring, first could be a few things... wire colors?

You would really be better off going by wire colors and the etm for this one.

The two wires could be for the ASC+T throttle actuator that's mounted on the e34/e36 body. When i got my engine those two wires had to be cut because there was no plug connecting them to the unit. The others look like plugs from the automatic transmission. If the O2 plug was cut as well there should be 4 more wires there so i think you're ok.
