    On an m20, up there, you can do it in car, pretty easy.

      Ok, so it's not like you need to be able to fit a full-size power drill in there...?

      Apparently it's just done with a smaller hand tool?

          That's excellent. I will probably try taking it to a shop, only because I don't think (I hope) this will need to be done by me ever again.

          Where should I take it? Any independent?

            Take it to any guy you trust with a drillbit near the side of your engine. Stay away from places you wouldn't feel safe leaving your car overnight.

            That is my usual judgment technique with autoshops.
