I have been research the wiring diagrams in order to make my jumper harness on a m50 vanos to e30.
I am cofused with where some of the pins go

How many of the pins are used on th x22 connector?

Using the wiring diagram for a '95

Pin 4 is a/c on signal to the dme, idle bump I believe.

pin 22 needs 12v power it connects to the datalink connector. A peake scanner won't work without it.

Pin 14 is the vehicle speed signal, it needs to get your speedo signal. If you have a late model 6 cyl. car it is easy, pin 14 x20 just goes to pin 14 on the c101. If you have an early model you need to get the speedo signal from the c104 or the back of the speedo.

Without the vehicle speed signal you won't be getting full power from your engine, you will experience an early rev limiter basically.
