    e34m5 clutch different from e24m6?

On the most recent s50 swap car the dual mass was making noise so that came out. Got a lightweight flywheel and an e24m6 clutch but the dowel pins don't match up nor the splines.

Just wanted to make sure the e34m5 clutch was different so I know the problem of compatibility is with the clutch not the flywheel. just making sure before buying a new clutch

yeah... what is the light weight fly made to fit? i had a similar experience assuming that another m clutch setup would fit my e36 m3 dual mass. it didn't work out very well for me. perhaps you can return what you have and get the correct one.

You want the clutch (disc only, this one has springs in the disc instead of using the flywheel to dampen) from an E28/E24 with a S38. Make sure you didn't get one for an M88. I sounds like you may be talking about the pressure plate though. You need a different pressure plate, S54?? Call Turner.
