C104 part Number or replacement help

    OK guys,

I know how the E30 R3V crowd gets absolutely fanatic about details, maybe some one can help me on this...

There is a C104 connector. It is a clear nylon part, stamped with BMW, as well as a symbol for a company I assume, not a symbol I recognize.

On the flip side of the part is a part number, bmw-speak in this format:

    1-369-123

I've tried Maximillian import as well as realoem.com and it doesn't show up as normal.

I'd love to be able to buy these, but I can not figure out if this is from amp/tyco (can't find it on their website) or a different oem... or if there IS some way to order to order this from BMW.

Anyone recognize the symbol (don't think I can photograph it, its too small, and I can barely see it with my old-man glasses even) or, better yet, know of a way to order these connectors and their pins?

Thanks in advance, ANY help appreciated.

    Alex.

      RE: C104 by the year

You may know more than I do.

If there are different C104 connectors for the different years, perhaps someone can chime in and let me know that as well.

I had assumed all years had the same part number there for E30 cars...regardless of what wires came through it.

I'm trying to provide a service to the E30 community for S54 plug and play kits, so any effort is appreciated.

In answer to the above question, I seek to build kits for ANY year E30 car, so it doesn't really matter... if you have a way to order these C104 connectors for a given year, please chime in.
