DME pinout

I have a Bosch Motronic M3.3.1 - 413 Red label ECU. I have a plug coming off the wiring harness that is not plugged in, I need to figure out what it is.

I want to use a multimeter to identify which pins on the ECU match the plug at the other end of the harness. All I can find is an E36 ETM with a pinout diagram from 1998 cars......are the pinouts the same for both OBDI and OBDII ECU's? I have done quite a bit of searching....sorry if I am being redundant.
