    Edit: Frying ECU's.

    Silver Label 413 (guy I bought the swap from said w/ ews disable chip)
    Pin's not connected yet:
    CEL
    Fuel Consumption
    Speed Signal Input
    RPM
    Also planning to wire the oil level sensor off the e34 pan.

    Cable's not connected yet:
    Charcoal canister(can't find the plug on my e30)

    Pulled the positive cables for starter/fuse box out of the e36 wiring harness, which left me with the big positive cable off the e30 fuse box/battery terminal cable to go on the starter.

    Turn key, no fuel, no spark.

    Edit (7/18):
    Today had a friend come over with a red label 413, put it in and conditions stayed the same, car will crank great, but no fuel(pump doesn't prime when key in on), and no spark. After a while of checking back over ground wires we put everything back to call it a day and my friends car wouldn't start.

    Ground wires(known):
    From harness - two brown wires in a black sheath coming out with diagnostic port(where a peak tool would go)
    From passenger side motor mount - replaced short cable with a longer one going to strut tower now.

    Positive wires(known):
    From terminal on passenger side - starter and e30 fuse box
    From terminal small post - not sure where the wire goes, black sheath with a red wire inside.

    I'm going to peel back the connector I made and double check my wiring.

    You can pop the ecu open and see if it has the ews delete chip, i've heard of them acting up even with the delete chip. So if i were you, i'd look for a 413 ecu and swap them out and see.

      I pulled the wire (wire 66, was black/purple) for the EWS. Borrowed some relays. It still didn't crank so I was up front looking in the bay and my engine ground wire I put to some small little nub of a bolt, wiggled it and some paint came off then heard the fuel pump. The car cranked over but my battery's pretty dead, I'll bolt up the rest of the car this week and get it on the road.

        I learned the hard way that it is much easier to simply be patient and hook absolutely everything up before you try and try to start it.

        Recheck everything. You are swapping an engine from one car to a completely different one. Thats pretty impressive. Dont accidentally miss something.

          I've got an e36 radiator, what coolant reservoir options are there?

            Got the coolant res. figured out.

            When I have the battery connected, both the battery light and oil light are on, without the key in the ignition.Edit: This is not happening anymore

              Tomorrow gonna check pin 10:21, as well try putting pin 66 back into the DME.

                Edited first post, I'm frying ecu's must be grounding something out or powering a ground.

                Need to know what ground and positive cables go where, I posted what I have above.
