Anyone with an M42 rad and a puller?

I did some searching around but did not find any solid evidence so is it possible to run a puller fan with an M42 rad? I want to try to run AC sometime so i do not want to run a pusher where it will eventually get in the way of my condenser. Anyone done this before? Is there enough space? Thanks guys.

    :D

If you're not rocking a/c then you can probably squeeze a 16" fan in there. Then again, if you aren't planning to keep a/c you could mount a larger fan in place of the condenser.

Hey dude thanks for the link. I guess I dident find it because no one mentioned my keyword "puller fan" So does the AC compressor pulley stuff limit you to a 12" or could I go bigger?

No prob, I think I'll throw that in there somewhere to make the search more efficient!

You can go bigger, what I would do is choose a manufacturer and check their spec sheet. Make a template out of card board and that should give you a pretty good idea of fitment. Thats what I did when trying to see if I can find something to clear the a/c pulley's.

So what you ended up going with for the pusher? You still have the same 12" puller? I have the same radiator and I want to take on this task next. Thanks
