318is tach got the jumps...

got my tach working (blown fuse)

now ive got crazy tach... its jumpn' on revs...

i tried the tach pin but it doesnt look like it fits...

will i have to replace it? i do have a 6 cyl. pin from a junkyard.

if i do, whats a good guage? i've got 91' 318is with ABS...

looks like i need the plug below the tach on the Front of the cluster... one from a e30 6 cyl. does anybody know what years used this front style plug?
