driveshaft lengths - mostly looking for e30 m42 car

Does anyone know the lengths of different BMW driveshafts? I really just need the length of the e30 318is shaft but it might be nice to have a thread with all of them in it.

I have two driveshafts here and one is shorter than the other. I know for sure one is from a m42 car but not sure which one.

    TIA, jake

Excellent thanks, that is great news. It means the stock e30 driveshaft will work on a 2002 with a m42 and my mounts.
