    M50 fuel problems

My M50 sucks, here are the symptoms.
    - It runs rich at idle but as soon I start driving it either stays ridiculously rich or goes very lean. Lean enough where it will make a popping sound from the intake.
-Fuel completely cuts out at 5k RPMs and I can feel it get lean on the way up to 5k.
-Bouncing idle from 800-1k RPMs, occasionally it idles steady at 1k RPMs.
-Stalls itself when idling and engine is hot.
-Usually takes a few tries to start the engine when its cold which it never used to do.

    Some other notes...
    -New fuel pressure regulator
    -New intake boot
    -Cleaned ICV
    -Replaced intake manifold gaskets
    -No vacuum leaks found
