Question about auto E30 wanting to swap to manual M52

Hello. I bought an '89 325is not too long ago with a blown headgasket, so I figured I would just do an engine swap. I think I am going to go for an M52, though I would have loved to do an M54 since a friend could get me the complete engine and 5 speed transmission for like $1600. However, the dude who does most of my family's stuff has no idea how to do an M54 swap, so I may just have to settle with the M52... Which I am still reluctant to do, since it will cost about the same as M54... Anyway, my main question is, what more will I need to do or get since I have an auto for the swap? Thanks!

You have to connect one wire under the dash, green/yellow to i think black/yellow by the relay under the dash, and just install the pedals and the pump under the pedal, rest is really common sense,,
