    different between the blocks m50 m52

    Trying to fig out what kind of block i have on the motor i just got....I know I got a m50 head but making sure about the block too

    m52 will have a place for the crank sensor on the bottom, drivers side of the block near the rear. Both have a place for it on the timing cover.



    Pretty sure the m50 will not have this but not positive.

      thanks man that helped alot looks like i have a m50 but i only got it for 300.00 just need all the acces

        Also, the oil filter housing, the valve cover is metal not plastic.
        I got a fender roller now! LMK if you need me to roll your fenders or want to rent the tool from me locally.

            i have a Chuck Stickley ecu that came with it... i need to find out what program is on it... all it says is no cams and some numnbers
