                            Would you think this would fit an M5X to a stock automatic as well?

                            My wife has to have an Auto, so either we sell her little Zinno or get a motor in it with an Auto.

                            I have been told the E36 auto will not fit.

                                    I have no idea. I cant help you in the automatic department.
                                    The e36/e34 trans should work though. It was done before by a forum member.
