    Loose ends (Final Questions)!

    Ok few 'final' questions...

    1) Passenger side 'power block' has the large black wire that goes to the large connection on the starter right?

    2) e36 harness has the large red power wire on the passenger side, it appears the same power wire that goes to the starter...if I connect the e36 harness to the starter (like below) I can delete the passenger side large red wire right? If im wrong - where does this large red wire on the passenger side go?

    3) Starter will get a wire from the alternator + e36 engine harness + black wire from battery on the large terminal along with the black/green and black/yellow wires on the smaller terminals. That right?

    4) e36 smaller power wire on drivers side that was for the e36 fuse block can be deleted.

    5) e30 fuse box has one large black wire with two connections on the end, it is suppose to hook up to the 'power block' on the passenger side firewall right?

    thanks all

    1. yes you can use the e30 original starter power wire or the e36, and delete the other.

    2. yes see #1

    3. power goes from battery, to starter, to power block on the pass side firewall. Then there is a smaller wire that goes from the starter to the alternator for charging. Dont remeber colors.

    4. dont remeber, trace and it see where it goes, i think it goes to the e36 harness relays. but i think its best to hook it up to the power block.

    5. put it back where it was to begin with. unsure on this one.

      4. the smaller wire comes out as 2 wires that go to the e36 fuse box, they're spliced together under the harness cover. Delete it, not necessary. Post pics, i can't find any of mine and i can't remember right.
