What flywheel is this?

I've had the 10lb BMP flywheel in my M3, but just recently came across an 8lb flywheel, that I want to use. I can't identify the logo stamped on the back. I want to figure out who made it so I can sent it back and have a new friction surface put on.

Also, my BMP flywheel is the same thickness as the stock e36 flywheel, but this mystery flywheel is not as thick. To make up for the thinner flywheel, it uses a deeper pressure plate, so the overall height is the same as stock. Does anybody have any idea on what clutch/pressure plate it uses?
