o2 wiring

Need some help wiring up my o2 sensor *correctly*

Got this info from a google search..
small green wire>>>>>>>>>>white
small black wire >>>>>>>>>>black
small brown wire>>>>>>>>>>white
small yellow wire>>>>>>>>>>grey

Then a guy on e30tech posted this:

I don't think that's right.

the harness side black and brown are grounds and should go to the two white wires.

the yellow wire is signal, which I believe is black on the sensor

the green wire is +12v which I believe goes to the gray wire on the sensor.

I'm not 100% sure (but pretty close) on +12v and signal, but the white wires are definitely grounds.

I just want to double check. Can anybody help me out here maybe take a look at your own setup?
