    M50 question

    What M20 temp sensor do i use on the for the m50 swap? does it go in the front or the rear of the head? the car is getting up there in temp. and the car is also missing really bad. we need help it is my buddies car and we just got it running.

    I'm actually trying to figure this out as well. There are two temp sensors for the m20, one as a single pin, and the other has a double pin. I believe the double pin is used on 89 and newer (dont hold me to that)... I'm of no help, I'll just shut up.

      Use the senser that has the one pin. Looking at the front of the car, there are 2 coolant sensors on the M50. It replaces the sensor that is closest to the firewall.
