Jon of Pompano Beach is my suggestion, he runs the shop 60Degree Inclusive and does some great work on E30's from what I've seen (N.A. Chevy V6's too! Refer to shop name...)

He goes by the named Forced Firebird on these forums, and in general seems like one of the more knowledgeable E30 guys, with a shop, lift, and experience, in south florida.
