Tips for getting downpipes on?

Any one have any tips to getting the e36 down pipes on to the exhaust manifolds? I'm using Treehouse CABs. I can get the down pipes to clear the sway bar and lined up to the studs on the exhaust manifold but I can't slide them on to the studs. One of the down pipes is up against the subframe hitting it.

Use my BFH?? Just pay a shop? Anyone?

Raised Engine, lowered subframe.. pipes slid in just fine.
