m50 torque specs

So I've googled and searched everywhere but i cant figure it out. I need the torque specs for almost every bolt on the engine. My buddy has my manual so i cant check there. Does anyone have a GOOD pdf or site where i can actually understand it.

Google bmw torque specs. Pdf file will be on the 1st page. Its what I use and some of the track guys on bf.c use it as well.

Also there is a search function in the file. Just put whatever your motor is ie s52 in there and it will pull up the ones you need! :)

All bolts: torque it till it breaks, then back off a quarter turn.
