Bueller, you are using the correct driveshaft, my mistake. I confused the ZF and 250 gearboxes. What about the center section, can it be adjusted further?
I'm not sure. I'm gonna look at it a bit more after doing some more work to get the engine start-able. But I like to hear that I have the correct driveshaft. There has to to be some way to shorten that gap up. What is the ZF tranny anyways?
You can adjust the length a little. Just unscrew that nut deal on the driveshaft some and pull it apart a little. Thats what I did on mine and that closed up the gap fine.

I pulled the centerbearing forward, then if you pull hard enough on the forward part of the driveshaft you can make up the difference. It shouldnt take too much effort to do.

Your ecu will be there before 3.

Have I told you that I love you.
you just did- get your drive shaft to work?
Drive shaft problem = solved. It's a thing of the past. All that is left now is to get the radiator installed, ecu installed, coolant res installed, do the wiring, and bleed all the systems. Almost there.
