s52 swap starting problem fuel pump no power

First off this is an s52 with obd1.I finished the swap months ago and other then a few minor problems the car ran great,I recently broke my pressure plate so the car has been on jack stands for awhile.I finally got it back together and now the car will not start.Cranks fine I checked to make sure all grounds and connectors are good, fuses are good but the fuel pump is only getting 1.2 volts when I crank.
My crank position sensor has resistance of .508 which seems a bit low but the car had no codes when i pulled it into the garage to do the clutch. The obvious would be I pulled a wire or something doing the clutch but I spent 2 hours checking everything over.Im not 100% where the fuel pump relay is ,I have 3 relays along the fire wall blue which i think is the isv white, dme? brown fuel pump?all relays are getting power out of #30.Any other sensors cause no power to the pump?
The car did have a starting problem once a day before I pulled the clutch I just installed my airbox and when i got in it would not start so I wiggled the hfm a few time and it started .Would hfm cause a no start issue or maybe just a coincidence?

The fuel pump relay has 4 wires going to its base, a grey(or is it green)/violet, a red, a red/white and a grey brown wire. I think it's grey but I my color coding in my notes leaves a bit of ambiguity, it might be green.

If your multimeter is set to the 1k range then 0.508 is 508ohms which means your CPS is fine.

What all did you have apart?

I thought the ohm range was 550-600??

Out of the 3 relays on the fire wall 2 have 4 wires and the colors dont match what you said.3rd one has many wires(load reduction or ecm?)
      1st one is red/wht brown/grn red green/violet,2nd one red/wht red/wht grn/brown grn I think the 2nd may be it but not 100%.they both have 12v out of #30

took the tranny out but had to lift the intake a bit removed isv ,tbody and intake boot.the car did sit for a month but im very confused.i was hoping it was th cps. thanks

anyone have any experiance with the peak scan tool? would this help my situation?

Like I said I wasn't sure about my shorthand on wire coloring, the first relay you describe is the fuel pump relay the second one is the DME relay.

If your check engine light isn't on then the peake scanner isn't going to tell you anything. All it does is blink the OBDI codes with the factory numbers.

        Did you check for spark?

just checked no spark either.would any othe sensors cause no start issue? since the fuel pump relay has power that rules out the dme?
