    Bavarian Autosport coils

A friend of mine had symptoms of a bad Coil,

he replaced them with Bavarian Auto Sports coils, he bought them directly through them and they didn't last very long.

They have been installed for a little under a year.

    and this happened.

Has anyone else had a problem with BavAuto coils?

Damn, I'd call Bav Auto on that. A friend has them in his S50 E30 with no issues so far.

No way? I thought they were supposed to look like that...

Pretty sure we know they are defected. Have you gotten in touch with bavauto yet? Curious what they say.

              ....and.....they probably wont.

Ive heard their HP plug wires, the red ones, suck as well. I try to avoid BavAuto as much as I can. Overpriced on most everything and questionable quality on their "specialty" items. Probably no wonder no one runs their crappy body kits.

Dude! My coil failed just a few weeks ago... same thing!

Same fucking spot too. I'm probably going to get OE stuff when the others decide to fail... :(
