    Hopefully Jeff the cams did not suffer any wear in the journal areas. Sorry to hear of the death of your engine. But look at it this way they are far cheaper these days that 6 years ago.

    I'd just start looking for a low mileage engine and swap em over.

      Yoshi, it had a remote tune by Trm. I agree now that the oil leak would just be the valve guides/seals. Thankfully it seems I'll be able to get away with just a head.

      Thanks Greg. If it weren't for my pistons I'd contemplate that. However, I'll find out for sure if it truely does have forged pistons once I pull the head. At that point I'll decide what to do for sure.

        Yank the head and hopefully it's just valve seals/guides and a blown HG.

        Leaking into cylinders would be a pretty epic HG failure from what I understand. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
