Remote reservoir master cylinder hose adapters

After days spent on Google searches and forum searches, I've given up...does anyone have any recommendations for where to get the little plastic hose adapter that slides into part #2 on this diagram?

It looks like that part is only available as part of the $97(!!!!) reservoir which I already have. I have this part already, but it's not making a good seal with the grommet that fits into the master cylinder so I'm slowly leaking (corrosive) brake fluid -- I want to get a new replacement to see if that will solve my problem :(

In an effort to save some money I went with a similar Jaguar part but the store came back to me saying they were out of stock. The remaining search results netted me 1/4 NPT/AN-4 adapters that you have to screw in to the master cylinder (I doubt those are correct)

you can buy that one like i did.... it was rather expensive....

OR you get the 2002 setup which is MUCH cheaper and works better..

shown here, yet i am struggling to find a part # for the peices
