    are these wired up correctly?

    Is this correctly wired up?

Where does this go? And also the little black wire to the left?

Will this work as a ground?

And this is the wire from the adapter. Will this work for the +12v?

That looks like you fixed it
1)look under the black shielding brown= ground red=power
judging by your pics you got the two fuse box power, starter, and ecu power running to the block.
2)I think you have a spare wire from the e36 harness, it was used for the fuse box or its your starter wire and that fat red one in the first pic is running to nothing...little black wire goes to the 12v block
3)You a clean metal surface to ground to, paint gets in the way, shock tower is a good ground.
4)What is that shitty fire hazard going to

I already have 2 power wires going to the starter one from the harness the other from the alternator. And the bigger red wire goes to nothing on the other end so that must be to the e36 fuse box. for that shitty fire hazard is my adapter from gregslow. Ill put a real connecter on the end i just want to make sure that is the correct spot to wire it

Your best bet is to skip the big black wire with the battery connection and get a new universal connector from an autoparts store. Connect your big red 24v wire to this, this is your new starter wire. The two little ones from the E30 distribution box connect to this as well and the small black 24v power wire (the one with red bit on the end) goes to the small, fused E30 power wire. There should also be a stud on the passenger strut tower that used for grounding.

          Hope that makes sense!

you don't need it. If you wanted to cut off the battery clamp end and graft it onto the red 24v starter wire you could but I still recommend getting a universal replacement connector at Napa or something.
