Coil crack and spark plug evaluation! pics

so i've been getting a pretty bad misfire under hard acceleration or heavy load (no codes are thrown though). Ease on throttle runs decent.

I pulled all coils and plugs and all the coils have cracks like this one. This is the worst, the others not as bad. Should I replace them all?

Also, im not very knowledgable about reading spark plugs, so anyone with input about what they think about there condition, that would be great. I think they look decent except for plug one with a bit of oil around the seat.
