power steering hose help please?.

put the s50 in last season.....had a shop do it.

using the OE e 30 rack....91 e30 325i

How do I know what PS hoses are in the car, e36 or e30?...

I know I can ask the shop( but the tech that did the work is gone)......

Id rather figger it out myself...so I can order hoses/lines

I have some leaks, and would like to replace all the hoses/clamps myself...

does it even matter?...

The hoses look pretty different routing wise, but the ends are the same AFAIK. I think you can use either tho. Whatever will clear. I know I had to bend the low pressure side off the rack to clear the oil pan. I used the stock E30 lines.
