Has anyone here tried using an OBD-II to 30pin adapter for live data on an OBD-I M50?
The reason I ask is I found an awesome iphone app for track data and it even offers OBD reading during laps and I have the Wifi OBD-II interface so I could just hide it in the compartment and get exact RPM data etc.
Will it be able to read atleast the basic things that go to the cluster? RPM and coolant temp would be good enough for me.
I've seen the OBD-II to BMWpin adapters around for a couple bucks...
