e46 and e39 3.0L

can the 3.0L pistons/rod/crank from the e46 and e39 3.0L be used in a punched out nonvanos block with the non vanos head? or can you only use the s50 stuff. thanks

Yes, E46 330i (and the 530) use the 3.2L long-stroke crank (89.6). Unsure on the rods.
