I have no clue anymore, only possible thing is timing, or injectors stuck open.

Not if it is 360 degrees out (crank rotation)

If you think its flooded, remove the spark plugs, disable the fuel pump and the coils, open the throttle wide open and crank the engine for a while. This will clear the cylinders of fuel. It is also possible to gas foul the plugs and they wont work properly in the engine even though they will spark outside the engine.

no, left head alone, someone told me to shop vac the cylinders?

EDIT: I did a stomp test, 1 short flash, 1 long, 1 short 1 longflash, not sure what that means

Im not suggesting you adjust the non adjustable timing, only that fuel and a good spark at the right time generally causes an explosion and a running engine. (or at least some kick ass backfires)Did you have the cams out of the engine?

If you have fuel and a good spark, all you are missing is timing.

I pulled all plugs, and let motor air out for 30-40 min also
Even if they air out, when you put them in and crank the same amount of fuel is going to be dumped in ;) That and weak spark, will kill the spark completely, This was happening with my m42 this weekend.

plugs are getting really wet, and when i pull a plug and dry off to check spark, it has good spark, wtf?

Also there is a tiny black wire coming from the Diagnotic Cap, 2 inches black, just snipped, its not in the mail look, tucked under rubber boot
Your problem is that you are flooding the cylinders, the plugs are wet with gasoline correct? OR!! you have a really weak spark, Are the grounds good for the coils?
