    S52 w/ m50 mani swap issue

    its the second day after swap and Idle is all out of wack. When I start the car it will want to die. A block later it will be fine. two blocks later it will idle at 1100? At first I though my ecu was still getting used to the abundance of air, now im not sure.

    Also when accelerating hard the car will randomly be unresponsive (as if there is not enough fuel to mix with the large amount of air). Exhaust system then sounds backed up. Not sure what the issue could be... help anyone?

    try the easy shit first...like searching for vacuum leaks and cleaning the idle control valve
    '87 325ic, powered by S50.
