car won't turn off!!

i checked my relays and my power distribution, and my ignition wires and swtich and everything is right. is there anything else that could possibly prevent a car from turning off?

Transistor that triggers main and fuel pump relay may be bad(shorted) inside the ECU(dme).

hmmmm i also hear clicking noises when i wiggle the part of the engine harness where the relays are...

Huh mm I had a push mower that would do the same thing,till I changed the spark plug! Not saying that it is but, do you have the right plugs in?

Thats called deiseling and his engine would have to be pretty messed up to do that. I could be wrong...but I think only things with carbs do it.

i figured it out! in my adapter i had a fuel pump wire connected to a hot wire.
