anyone else have this e30m50 problem?

I'm going to go ahead and bump this since this is relevant to my problem. I have checked the wires from the 02 sensor yesterday and the green/blue wire is getting 14v when car is running and the red/white power supply is giving 14v. But I have all these exact symptoms. Any ideas?
