    M50btu temp issues.

Wassup rev. Got a few issues with my swap. For the weekend i decided to go for a cruise with the kids to Santa Cruz (nice turns :)) First off the M50btu was fully tuned with the following:
new waterpump, t-stat lower temp, M20 temp sensor, blue antifreeze, e36 radiator, e30 pusher fan.

While stuck in traffic I turned on the pusher fan which is connected to the a/c button everything was fine but when the car goes uphill it starts to heat up. The needle passes the halfpoint but below the third quarter mark. It annoys the crap outta me. I tried everything to make sure it stays in the middle but don't know what it is. Sometimes when I rev the motor to 5500 rpm it cools down. Is there somtehing stuck? Summer is comin up and don't wanna overheat. Thanks for any advice. :)

Might need a spal (or equal) to move more air... I have the same issue but I have a different setup.. Not the lowest temp thermo, and just a stock aux fan... It gets close to the 3/4 before the thermo opens and it drops closer to the 1/2...

Maybe just try researching some electric fans.. might help.

Think I found the problem. I drove the car for 45 min and noticed it started to creep up again. I parked the car and noticed that the upper radiator hose is hot to the touch while the lower hose is luke warm. Maybe there's a blockage? bad thermostat?

have you bled the system well? if the thermostat is opening, both hoses should be hot! is your overflow bottle extracting air properly?

if you are east bay pm me and I may be able to swing by and check it out for fun!

Thanks! I checked the overflow by opening the radiator cap while engine was warm. I pushed the throttle and can see good movement of the antifreeze so I don't know what it is.
